i spend about 350 to 400 a month all for myself,i don't know if its a lot. includes everything from grocery's, snacks eating out, water, drinks. most of the foods i buy are healthy. i eat alot of apples, fruits, vegetables, fish, yogurt, milk, cereal, oatmeal, trail mix, whole grain breads. i also eat lot of junk food snacks twice a week, and go eat out, movies, and enjoy ice cream.
