Does drinking water help you lose weight?

I used to eat when I was bored, but in the past three weeks or so, I drink water instead. I only eat about 1,000 calories a day. It's not that I try to eat so little, but I fill up fast. I weigh 130 pounds and exercise 30 minutes every day. How much weight would you say I'd lose in 3 months? (Those 1,000 calories are mainly yogurt, cheese, and carrots.)
