Good meal plan for today so far?

i would swap the 2 fruit by the foots for a real fruit leather, or even some dried fruits that aren't sweetened. Maybe a nice granola or cereal bar even. Doesn't seem worth the calories since it's all sugar, but every day you should have an indulgence, if this is yours then that's fine. Your meals look great, very balanced. good use of the lean cuisine, paired with a salad, and some extras!! maybe get some more dairy in there, like a light yogurt smoothie, or string cheese maybe, or chocolate milk and some graham crackers. Otherwise, very good! maybe some veggies with dinner though, like a salad or some corn would be nice!!
