Help me, I don't see results yet with my diet or is it to early to tell ?
So for two and half weeks I have been working out for an 1 hr a day 30 mins. of cardio which really works my legs & 30 mins. of yoga everyday except for two days so far. I don't eat any fattening food so no fried food, fast food, desserts, soda, or any thing like that. The worst thing I have ate is probably honey nut cheerios or non fat frozen yogurt with nuts and berries. Everyday I drink a 3 cups of green tea. For breakfeast I have ethier: cereal, oatmeal, eggwhites, or veggies or fruit. Snacks: water, rye crackers, or fruits,veggies. Lunch: water with veggies of fruit. Dinner: Veggies with ethier chicken, fish, or a veggies burger patti, and water. Snacks:fruit or veggies with water. I drink about 100-150 oz. of water day. What am I doing wrong ? Should I eat less ? What can I approve or change ? Am I freaking about nothing or is it to soon to see results ?
