Lag Spikes in World of Warcraft?

Lately ive started getting On and Off lag spikes in WoW, eairler this morning after one got me killed in World PVP I contacted a GM. The GM helped me through several troubleshooting steps which improved my comps preformance and lowered the severity of the spikes. Later I compleatly reset my UI to Blizzard Default, WTF and Interface folders deleted, and I got no lag spikes. When I readded a few of the Addons and WTF settings for my saved addon settings I noticed a few lag spikes. I know the root problem may be my addons, but I hope not. Could anyone give me more ideas to try that could help? Along with that, can someone give me a list of Addons that demand alot to run and thus can cause problems like this? You could also use some more veggies, like substituting your trail mix for hummus with carrots, celery, cumbers, or any raw veggie. 1/4 cup of trailmix has about 170 calories so you need to eat a lot of veggies with that hummus to make up for that. Well not carrots. It takes about 5 carrots to get to 150 calories so with the hummus you will get to 170 but with other veggies, like cucumbers and celery, you will need to eat more.

They also have lil buddy snackers pretzels for hamsters gerbils mice rats rabbits and guinea pigs. Is this ok? for their nesting fluff I use Wild harvest natural bedding for hamsters gerbils rats and mice which is made form the seed pod of the Kapok tree. MLB 2K11 My Player freezes?

No suggestions other than to wait for a patch. I've had similar problems. It's ridiculous. For the past week, I've been trying to play my 32nd game of my franchise's first season. Help with six week old puppy?

I work for a kennel and we realized that there was a feral dog running around but before we could catch her, she had puppies. Is my sister anorexic?

Hellooo :) I'm thinking my sister might be anorexic. It kinda freaks me out since I'm 13 and that kind of stuff really scares me. She's 17 years old, 5 foot 3, and I think she weighs 105 pounds. I'm pretty sure that's her weight, or around that weight, but she doesn't tell ANYONE her weight. I think that's what I heard the doctor say when I went with her for a physical, though. She weighs herself about 3 times per day and constantly looks in the mirror at her body shape. She is actually in really good shape! I wouldn't say she's underweight. She has a pretty flat stomach, almost a six pack. Her legs aren't skinny, nor are they fat. They look kind of muscular since she's a dancer. She always tells me to stop her from eating cookies and stuff, but it never really works. Like sometimes she tries to diet, but it's hard for her. But today she was lying on the couch with her elbows on her knees so that her stomach was hunched over so obviously there was a little "roll" out and my mom *playfully* says, "Look at that pooch" and playfully pokes her belly and my sister flipped out. She threw her phone at my mom's neck and started crying. Then my mom started crying. My sister has a glass and plastic phone and chucked it really hard at my mom. They have a REALLY bad relationship. Anywho, she clearly has some of the signs of anorexia (weighing herself obsessively, thinking she's fat when she clearly isn't, trying to diet, flipping out at a playful comment, not letting anyone know her weight) but then again, she doesn't obsessively diet either. Like just today, my sister and I had a large Pinkberry frozen yogurt with a bunch of toppings. Hahahah. She does eat kind of a lot, but she really isn't fat at all. Is there a way to predict the future of the world? Life simulation?

I know this is a broad question, but couldn't we technically simulate life using patterns from the past and speed it up in order to see the way the world changes and the future? Or at least predict possible happenings? Obviously ANYTHING can happen in the world, but i feel as if we can use our knowledge to narrow things down. We have used History in school to not make the same mistake twice seeing what bad occurrences came from wars and terrorism and what not. But can we use that information to predict the future? I feel if life could be predicted, we could accelerate the development of new ideas. What is the best legal was to deal with a REALLY noisy neighbor?

I live in a duplex and the walls are pretty thin cause it's a very old house that was remodeled to be a duplex. Ideas on what to feed my 1 yr old for lunch?

okay so he is 14 months old. and he has a very very picky 3 year old big brother. he and his brother eat really good for me for breakfast, and he's easy to feed for dinner because he normally eats what we eat. but i normally don't sit down and eat lunch with them, my 3 year old only has certain foods that he will eat for lunch, and i don't want my 1 year old being picky like that. and i don't want to feed him the same things every single day.. so far what i do feed him is things like, halves of ham/ turkey sandwiches, he loves grilled cheeses, chicken nuggets, all sorts of vegetables but so far i am scared to feed him raw veggies as he doesn't have all of his teeth yet, he loves fruit and i try to mix that up, he loves yogurt, but he gets fruit and yogurt some times for breakfast along with his cereal or whatever..... i thought i would ask you guys about what you feed your little ones for lunch every single day? he has also gotten in to this phase where he thinks its funny to toss his food over the side of the highchair and so more is ending up in the floor and then in the trash then is ending up in his tummy.. i just want to try and fix stuff that i know he will love to eat. he's a great eater and i want to continue to build on that, but i am afraid if i feed him what the 3 year old eats all of the time he will also grow to be picky.. thanks..

Can you rob someone of their heavenly rewards by praising them to others?

This is probably a bad place to ask anything like this, but I'm hoping to get at least a couple of thoughtful answers...I heard a pastor on the radio telling a story about someone in his church. The story required that he recount something good that this person had done, and the pastor mentioned that he wouldn't name the person, so that this person could still receive the reward for what he had done when he got to heaven. I thought it was interesting that he said this, but I've never heard of it before. So is it possible to praise someone for some good they've done and subsequently rob their rewards from God from them? It doesn't sound right to me.

What would you have done in this situation?

Out of respect for kin, my father and grandfather went to the funeral of someone that was their relative...I forgot exactly how they're related, but they're not terribly close. Anyway, this person was pretty young (I think he died in a motorcycle accident or something), but anyway, when they got back they told me that at the funeral there were mainly young men there who were apparently this guy's friends. From their description, it sounds like they were blaring industrial rock music inside the building, and there was a display next to the casket, which was a synthetic skull with a candle in the middle (I think), and a plaque or something that said, "rock on" underneath. My dad recounts how one of the guys there said, "Yeah, this is just like one of our raves!" My dad and grandpa didn't leave early on, though...it seems like they may have been waiting for the clergyman to come in and settle everybody down, but no such thing ever occured. So they came home very disappointed and upset. What went on was obviously not appropriate funeral behavior, but did my folks do the right thing by not asserting themselves? Or could they have done more? Or would have been less rude to just leave in the middle of the service?

It's been a couple months and I really like this guy. He supported me through one of the most trying times in my life and is a great emotional support. We can both be pretty stubborn, though, and one of the things I love most to do in the world is dance, but he says if he were to dance, it would change who he was. maybe for a snack only have one slice of bread or half a slice because too many carbs will make you gain weight. try not to have similar meal in the same day, you will get too much of the nutrients that's in that meal which isn't a good thing. fruits that are white on the inside(apples, bananas, peaches...) have more calories, so other fruits like oranges or plums would be a better choice if you eat it that often. try having a salad with seasoned-rice vinegar instead of dressing would be good to pair with a meal since it fills you up and is very low in calories, fat, sugar, ect. hope this helps!

The "Cinch" Diet- does it work?

So, I was watching Rachael Ray this morning, and Cynthia Sass introduced the cinch diet. Basically what you have to do is only eat the following 5 foods for 5 days, and apparently you'll lose 8 pounds! The foods are: eggs, spinach, almonds, raspberries, and yogurt. Is this behavior in my toddler normal body discovery?

Okay, my son will be three next month and we have been working on potty training for a while now and he is doing much better. A few months ago he discovered that his penis gets erect if he touches it, in the bathtub. He would say things like look mama, "It's long" or "It's big" or "It's hard." It freaked me out a little at first, but I know that its normal for a boy to discover himself. I am a 22 year old male in an abusive relationship. What should i do?

hi, my girlfriend is 21 and im 22. She attends college and i am a business owner. We have been together since i was 16. Recently about 2 years ago, she started to physically abuse me. The first incident was when i was making us food and because she was pissed at me she took a rolled up magazine and smacked me across the face as hard as she could. I didnt talk to her for days. Sometimes when were arguing, and we stop she will just walk up behind me and smack me as hard as she can. I can recount over 20 times she has been abusive to me over the last 2 years. Recently she has been more mentally and emotionally abusive, i also suspect shes cheating on me. She would do things like close the door in my face, or when im about to leave she will say "*****" when i walk out the door. One time she asked me if i wanted a glass of water and i said yes. she brought me a glass of water and right before handing it to me she spit in it. Do i have an eating disorder or am i just a little obsessive about my weight?

It all started when i was in 6th grade. i realized how fat i was so i cut down my food intake to no breakfast, 1 trix yogurt, 1 juice box, and no dinner. i did that till i lost about 10 lbs then i just cut down what i eat to no breakfast, a school lunch, and a small dinner. then i maintained that weight till the beginning of this year (freshman in high school) and i pretty much cried myself to sleep every night because i look like a fat whale. i puked up my food a few times but i could never get enough up to make a difference and so i cut down my caloric intake to 1200 calories and now it is slowly decreasing but then pretty much every week i have a day where i go way above what i am supposed to and so i would take laxatives to get rid of it. now i take laxatives 1 or 2 times a week and i have discovered how to make myself puke up more food (about 1/2 cup to 1 cup of vomit after every meal) i weight myself after every time i eat. and i do still eat normal. i have gained some weight back because of it though and now i am going to be a sophomore in high school, 15, 5'5", and 114.4 pounds.

My first baby was a c-section?

I was 6 cm for 4.5 hours and on pitocin for 8 hours because i was overdue before they decided to do a c-section then while on the table after they pulled my baby out they told me I could never have a vaginal birth. I was crying, very upset. They said my pelvis is to small for babies to fit through, that my baby was stuck in there. I sit and look at my baby and think of the process and procedure and recount my recovery pain, still dealing with because my ueteris still didnt drop. And it makes me depressed that, that is the only way a baby can come out of me. It discourages me to have more kids and if I do it is only going to be just one more, because I will try for a boy than I am done. Has this happened to another woman I am just so upset about this and 3 weeks after everything it still bothers me. Do not try to lose weight by not eating a lot, it is unhealthy. But I don't really eat that much because I don't do that much, I sit all day. You need 3 full course meals a day, as long as they are portioned and you don't eat more than you can handle, you wont gain any weight. Make sure what you eat goes a long with your lifestyle.

Why No Weight Loss No Matter What?

The diet doesn't look to bad but you have to pursue it . It will get boring because you have a lot to lose but you must keep going. The only way we put on weight is by eating, reduce that and exercise and you must lose weight. Exercise can be misleading do a lot but not necessarily hard exercise as this can mean that you have to drink and unless it's water you can be in trouble.

Someone please give me some info. So before I start, I have no way of seeing a doctors for the next 2 weeks! A couple of days ago I woke up with a full-fledged throat infection. (Red, almost purple throat, enflamed tonsils/glands, white patches on the tonsils etc.) A day later I started feeling the all-too familiar extreme fatigue and abdominal discomfort. Honestly, you don't have a good steady flow in your writing. I can't distinguish what your story is about. You're writing about one thong then describing something else. Also, ( idk if it is like this in Canada ) but in the U.S. you go to middle school before high school, and elementary before middle school (aka junior high). A few tips, focus on the message you want to convey in this passage, such as, the purple light. When you start off your story, you don't want the reader to know everything, allow then to ask some questions. Also, you do not need to describe your babysitter so in depth, if she an important character we will discover her personality through her speech and what others think of her. I know more about the babysitterthan I do the point of the story. Also, it's great that you want to tell how you and Annah met, but I frankly don't care about what the teacher thought of Annah's moving around so much. If that is a key component ofthe story, play with it a little, try building up to this flashback more and kind of have your mom and Annah's mom talking about you two and then tell how your character and Annah became friends in a brief way. Since Annah is clearly going to be a main character, you have time to describe her and your relationship in the story. Final tip be more descriptive but not overly descriptive, and give some but not all the information, and last but not least be creative but focus your creativity.

Okay so, for a long time now, i've been dieting and exercising along with it obviously. Btw im a 14 year old girl, and my height is 5'6... weight, ill get into that later..(you'll see). So now for my exercise, i recently started running the mile... i was starting with once a week, then i eventually started running it almost everyday(trying) with the weather being crappy, rain etc. , also my brother, was taking me to the high school track where i live and that kind of stopped between him working, not having time, and being busy most of the time. So that stopped so i started instead walking down to my school which is literally a 6 minute walk away and running around the field 4 times or either the school(got sick of the field so just recently started running the school) which is a mile cause i did in gym class. I think this whole week, ever since monday, i've ran it everyday. i don't even know how to tell you my weigh and if its water or fat, it sucks! im either 157, 162,163,164,or 165. i was 163 last night, started out with 162 this morning, and now im 165! Ever since february, my doctor's appointment, i was 168, and i haven't seen that weight in a while so i think ive lost that.. i was told that i was not fat, but basically overweight for my age. I started cutting back little by little at that time, and it was hard for me so i stopped,(which i REALLY wish i didn't have) and started eating again, however somehow maintaining that weight(i forget howw) then it got easier in march, i figured out more ways, obviously april, and may... and i forget when but like i said i started running the mile little by little and now. So, my question is losing weight.. like more than 10.. but i actually think i know why this hasn't been going well is because the main reason, my dieting. It's been HORRIBLE and sooo hard for me. for breakfast 3 cruskits with cheese and pickles( I used 2 medium sized pickles and 2 light cheese slices). For a snacks I had 3 pickles(medium size). I had a small chocolate yogurt which I know I shouldn't of had, but it was small and I was craving it badly. And for lunch I will be having vegetables( broccoli, 3 carrots, 1 onion, 200g of mushrooms, and I will add salt and a teaspoon of margarine to it.

Diet help please, 135 pound female?

During winter break I tried an orange diet for a week and dropped from 148 to 135. I'm usually 115 - 120 but I gained tons of weight when I started birth control and I think also because I was eating unhealthy food living in the dorms since I didn't have a car first semester and ate what they sold on campus. I've been trying to lose the weight since jan. I'm 5'5, I'm 20 years old and I currently weigh 135. I do workout everyday for an hour and a half and for breakfast I eat a 1/2 cup of cherrios with 1% milk, for lunch I have light yogurt (110 cal) with 3 cut up strawberries and a banana cut up and for dinner I usually have a sandwich with swiss cheese (90 cal), wheat bread, a little light mayo, onions, and turkey. I was thinking of trying a carrot diet for a week, would it work as well as my orange diet?? And don't say this is unhealthy please I ate only oranges but I also took multivitamins, fiber, and protein for that week. To give you a look on my metabolism: I urinate probably 15 times a day and I do the other thing around 4 to 5 times a day. Advice please? Oh and the ten pounds I lost during winter break I know it wasn't just muscle cause I lost inches and looked skinnier in general.

I gave blood a little over a week ago (1 pint), and when I try to go running like I usually do it's really hard for me to keep up with my normal pace or even run as far as I usually do. Sex is so easy to have by yourself, so a machine would not be necessary. The drinking issue I would see as the same as playing computer games -- what a waste of time. So I would not focus on the pleasure they would get, but what a waste of time these machines and drugs of your imagination would do.
