Is what I ate healthy today?

Depending on the sauce on your chicken wings you had about 900 calories so far which if you add roast beef, which is about 370 and snap peas have about 46 per cup if you don't add anything so that is a total of 1316 calories which is good if you don't exercise much or if you didn't exercise today. Usually a females bmr is 1400 calories and you just need another 100 calories so I'm sure you could find some way of adding those. Like cooking your peas in olive oil and drinking a cup of almond breeze almond milk, if you have it. It has more calcium and vitamin D than actual milk. You could also use some more veggies, like substituting your trail mix for hummus with carrots, celery, cumbers, or any raw veggie. 1/4 cup of trailmix has about 170 calories so you need to eat a lot of veggies with that hummus to make up for that. Well not carrots. It takes about 5 carrots to get to 150 calories so with the hummus you will get to 170 but with other veggies, like cucumbers and celery, you will need to eat more.
